différence vegan végétalisme

What are the differences between veganism and veganism?

Veganism and veganism are two terms used to describe similar dietary and philosophical lifestyles, but they have some differences.

Veganism is a diet that excludes all animal products. Vegans do not consume meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, honey or any other animal products. Their diet is based on foods of plant origin such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.

Veganism , on the other hand, is a broader lifestyle that goes beyond diet. Vegans not only avoid consuming animal products, but they also seek to exclude all forms of animal exploitation as much as possible in their daily lives. This therefore includes the exclusion of the use of animal products in clothing, cosmetics, household products and other areas. Vegans oppose the exploitation of animals for any reason, whether for food, clothing, entertainment, or any other form of use.

In summary, veganism focuses primarily on food excluding animal products, while veganism is a way of life that rejects animal exploitation in all its forms, including food, products and ethical practices.
