Are your products of animal origin?
No, all of our products are vegan, so they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin. All of our ingredients are certified soy and GMO free.
What is "The Vegan Society"?
The Vegan Society has been a registered trademark since 1944. It is the international standard for vegan products. It guarantees the non-use of product or by-product of animal origin. No animal testing should be performed. The procedures for obtaining this logo are similar to those commonly used in certification procedures.
The label is interested in:
- the origin of the raw materials, all guaranteed to be of plant origin
- production method
- types of packaging
Do your pastries contain allergens?
Today in our range of products, we use gluten (wheat flour), coconut and nuts (hazelnut, pecan). Our products are made in a workshop that uses nuts, eggs, dairy products and soy.
Do you use additives?
Our products contain baking powders but are guaranteed free of preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
How to store your products?
All our products can be stored for 12 months in the freezer. After defrosting, our cooked products can be kept for 4 days at room temperature and 6 days in the refrigerator (0°C to 4°C).
Our raw cookies can be kept for 2 weeks in the refrigerator after defrosting.
Always check the expiry date (DLC) located on the packaging.
Never freeze a thawed product.
Can you eat cookie dough without cooking it?
Although our cookie dough does not use dairy or eggs, it does contain flour and leavening agents. We therefore recommend not to eat the dough raw before cooking.
How to bake raw cookies?
Instructions for baking the cookies are on the package, but if you can't find them, follow these instructions:
-Preheat your oven to 165°C
- Place the slices spaced apart on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
- Bake according to your oven - 7 to 9 min for a professional oven, 11 to 13 min for a domestic oven - until lightly browned, crispy on the edges and still soft in the centre.
- Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool completely.

Can pregnant women eat your pastries?
Indeed, none of the ingredients used in our recipes are contraindicated in case of pregnancy.
Where are your pastries made?
All our pastries are made in our workshop in Indre.
Can the packaging be recycled?
Our packaging, cardboard box, plastic bag and paper flowpack are recyclable and can be thrown in your sorting bin.
Why do you deliver frozen?
Freezing obviously does not alter the flavors of our pastries, and on the contrary allows us to preserve all their quality without any addition of preservatives. This also avoids any breakage during the transport of our pastries across France. This solution gives you freedom and flexibility: you can choose the perfect moment to taste your pastries, and carefully store your box in the freezer while waiting for the perfect occasion.
I ordered my pastries but I won't be home, what should I do?
When you order, you will receive a confirmation email from Chronofresh allowing you to follow the progress of the package. You can also reschedule the delivery if you wish.
